NZ posts have decided to receive mails or send mails to china because of the coronavirus outbreak. These past few weeks has been very scary because we  don't know if we have the coronavirus. As you already know a local Chinese doctor named  Peng  Yinhua died because of this disease.
NZ posts is currently not accepting mails, gifts and parcels that are going to be delivered to china.
This suspension took action on the 17th of February, that means it has been a whole week.
 

Ctrl Tech Making Folders

Yesterday Mr. D had showed his class how to make folders. I was very confused and made a lot of mistakes but at the end of it I got the hang of it and started to help Nurul, Kara and Diego also another student named Lilly help Kara as well. we also learned about initials.

Duffy Play

Today we had a Duffy show. The show was full of excitement, fun and was very funny. My favorite part of the play was probably all the jokes because it was funny and had put a smile on my face. The story was based on a mythical hybrid animal and how she wanted to fit in. Millie had a very silly personality, she had a courageous spirit but had emotions that we could not see at first. Millie was part cat , part chicken, part dog.

Coronovirus

Coronvirus is a deadly threat to all countries and people. It has also been very hard because a lot of our loved ones have died because of the disease. A lot of people are scared so they are taking advice from the NZ health of ministry and self isolating themselves in their own homes. So far the coronovirus is caused by meat and germs so we all have to watch out for germs and make sure we cook our meat fine. There is still no confirmed or suspected case's of coronovirus in New Zealand so far. It is still good to check if you have it or not.

Control Tech Week 1

Yesterday afternoon Mr. Daniels was talking to us about his culture, his past and he then told us about M - bots. Oh and the people who were in our Tech class was Alamoni, Nurul, Kara, Richie and I, there also another class that came from St Pius Primary School. He had told us some things relating to the coronovirus in China and how some of the schools could not get access to the Chromebooks because they were stuck in the other foreign country. Mr. Daniels had very interesting stories to tell. He also was a very intelligent football player and a football coach/tech teacher. 😎😊

Black Caps For The Win!!

The Black Caps have won their third game in the one day cricket international ( a competition between 2 teams). The Black Caps swept the floor with the Indian cricket team. The game was held in Tauranga were the Black Caps had an amazing performance. Hamish Bennett had secured 4 wickets for 64 in his 10 overs.  Henry Nicholls, Martin Guptil, Tom Latham and Colin Grandhomme were the heroes of the night turning the impossible to the possible.
New Zealand will now take on India in two test matches.

Top 5 Things To Achieve This Year

• Be a good role model in front of all the kids - Now that I'm a prefect I will need to show leadership and responsibility. 

• Learn a lot about where my family came from and how they use to live -  by achieving this goal I will need to ask my parents about their life style back in their day and compare it the generation now and see the differences. 

• learn how to play an instrument that I know I will enjoy - get a hobby so I don't get bored
  
    Read more difficult book and understand the meaning - read more difficult books so I can get more smarter and because I really enjoy read difficult books.
