Back To Tech

On Wednesday the 27th, Room 1 and 7 were going back to tech after quarantine/lock down. Today Alamoni, Nurul, Hone, Kara, Richie and I started food tech. When we got there Mrs. Ferguson directed us to our classrooms. We met Mrs. Hamer and the students from St. Pius in the classroom and on a google hangout 2 weeks from now.  We were making fruit cups before we started we had to put our aprons on, get our equipment and ingredients ready then we started. In food tech my partner was Kara. When we were done peeling, slicing and dicing we started to layer our fruits then we cleaned up. Once that was done we got to put some toppings on. Then took a photo. I was really enjoying myself at food tech.

Green Kiwi
Golden Kiwi
Orange
Grapes
Whipped cream
Chocolate sauce
Greek yogurt

Alert Level 2

On Monday the 11th of May Jacinda Ardern announced that New Zealand will be able to move to Alert Level 2. Everyone was happy but Jacinda had a few rules that was going to take place on Thursday the 14th of May. The rules are down below.

List of Rules to follow:

• All businesses can open to customers if they can do it safely. This will help get people back to work
• You can go in-store at businesses.
• You can travel between regions
• Tertiary education facilities, schools and Early Learning Centers will be open for all ages
• Initially, gatherings like weddings, religious ceremonies and social gatherings can have up to 10 people
• You can visit local cafes,restaurants, bars and pubs to have a meal

Back to school

All the schools in New Zealand are now opened but as you know already, there are some rules and changes that you will have to follow to keep safe during school time and home time. Here are some rules from my school.

List of rules:

• wash your hands
•  you have to stay 6 feet apart from someone
• sanitize your hands before and after you leave your classroom
• do not touch anyone
• don't share your equipment with anyone else
• you might not be able to play on the playgrounds
• stay in your own bubble
• you can't touch anyone 
• when you enter the school you will need to sanitize your hands

Top 5 Countries to Visit After Lock Down

A few words:
If you like to travel or want to travel around the world these are some countries you should visit after lock down.

The List:

1. New York City

If your a food person like me then you would differently want to travel here. Why you ask well, NYC has a lot of iconic food places and if you haven't eaten their most delicious cheesecake well that means you need to go there, But when the time is right.

   2.  Hawaii
Sand between your toes, a sunset so beautiful you can't take your eyes of it and water so clear you just want to swim with the exotic sea creatures. Those are the perfect words to describe Hawaii and how beautiful it is. If you want to relax and chill Hawaii is the place you go to.

  3. London
Seeing the Big Ben light up at night and riding on the London eye which is a giant Ferris wheel. Those are the perfect things to do in London.

  4. Paris   
Climbing the Eiffel tower to see a breath taking view at the top is the most beautiful thing you can see in Paris. But the Eiffel Tower is just one of the beautiful things to see. Paris also has a the Cathedral of Notre Dame, The Cathedral is widely known for  the story of " The Hunchback of Notre Dame.

 5. Your home island  
If you haven't visited your home island you should go there so you can get to know where you grew up and get to know your culture. It is also a thing for you so you can get some souvenirs for your current home and so you don't forget where you came from.

My Drawings
A few weeks ago I had drawn 2 pieces of art that I was really proud of so I took a photo of it and you will now see the drawings down below. Th first drawing that I did was a drawing of a skull on fire the next on is a drawing that I did of deadpool in a cemetery. I learned how to draw from my brothers and YouTube. My brother Alamoni is an amazing artist, he has done some awesome drawings of the Kid flash and Kakashi. My siblings and I like anime a lot.
