Addiction
As the sky starts to thunder, shadows lurk upon the wall.
I lay alone on the creaking floor,  the feeling of my body starving from the hunger of drugs. If I taste or touch the pill I will feel euphoria running through my blood cells, like 1 thousand volts of electricity zapping me, like death’s blow. As I lay dead on the floor I feel myself slowly fading away. But I feel sad because I could never start again and change my past. If I could change myself now I could change the future but I am so addicted to drugs I can’t see the truth. My addiction makes me feel like I am someone else but it  also makes me insane like the Joker, the drugs help me feel calm and safe like music. My heart beats faster as I take the single vape of smoke or the one solo pill in me. One taste of my drug and I will fall into my deepest sleep and will stay that way forever. As my spirit lifts away from my body I gently float into a strange bright light. Some addictions can simply be your phone or alcohol but mine is more life threatening because it’s drugs. The message I’m trying to send out is please do not take drugs because you can regret it and you will be so addicted to it you will need medical help.

This is a story that I had written to see how my writing could evolve
into a more mature way and to see what I was capable of. Now I'm
going to tell you what my story is about. My story is based on a
persons life and how that person is living with a serious addiction
(drugs). Here it is, Thank you 😃😎🙂😺

RIDING THE WAVES

This weeks story was about riding the waves by that I mean surfing.
What I liked the most the page that I like the most was “Wave Riders”.

what I liked

about this page is how the author was saying about the professional

surfers and how they compete around the world. looking at the pictures

in the book they look very enthusiastic and very eager to win.

In the book it says that surfing can be

dangerous and also very fun, great and fantastic.

BALLERINA POEM

Ballerina

Dancing in the mist as the green leaves fall from the tree, 

looking back on the past both good and bad things. 

Leaping into the sky as the breeze passes her face, 

coming back down to the green grass to dance once again. 

She dances aggressively as her emotion takes over.

Her dress is as white as a little white snowflake. 

She is an angel shining bright with a crown as a halo. 

Waiting for her prince near a river dark and shallow.

As she twirls around to strike her final pose her gleaming brown eyes
find her prince with the brightest rose.

5 Food Groups

This is what I had did for my ASSIGNMENT 12 (my homework). I had to make a poster of the 5 food groups and explain what they have in them and if they are healthy.
